Introduction
CY2 is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to take effective steps to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our operations and supply chains. This policy sets out our commitment to combating modern slavery and outlines the actions we will take to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We will work collaboratively with our employees, contractors, and suppliers to achieve this goal and promote ethical business practices throughout our operations and supply chains.
Policy Statement
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We will not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. We expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.
Our Business
CY2 operates in the IT and Technology sector, providing software and consultancy services. We are committed to conducting our business in a manner that respects human rights and ensures fair labour practices.
Our Supply Chains
We recognise that modern slavery can occur in any part of the world and in any industry. As such, we are committed to conducting due diligence on our supply chains to identify and address any risks of modern slavery. This includes:

Responsibilities
All employees, contractors, and suppliers of CY2 are responsible for complying with this policy and ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our operations or supply chains.
The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy. The Business Team is responsible for implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of this policy.
Reporting
Employees, contractors, or suppliers who have concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chains are encouraged to report their concerns in accordance with our Whistleblowing Policy.
Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.
Communication
This policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and suppliers of CY2. It will also be made available to the public on our website.
Compliance
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or termination of contracts with suppliers.
Approval
This policy has been reviewed and approved by Directors.
